Fred H. Koering, 82, a former resident of Clarence, died at Cedar Rapids Jan. 20, following a long illness. He was born in Germany June 15, 1880 and was married to Nan Miller in Clarence in 1908. He had lived in Cedar Rapids for 45 years and was a retired employee of the North Western railroad.
