Henry L. Beinke, 61, Moscow, died at 2:15 p.m. Dec. 18 at his home.
A lifelong resident of the Moscow and Wilton Junction communities, he was a retired storekeeper and former employee of the Rock Island Railroad for 17 years.
Mr. Beinke was born Dec. 28, 1899, in Cedar county, the son of Henry and Elizabeth Jensen Beinke. He was married to Fannie Mohr.
Survivors include the widow, 3 sons, Wayne M., Atalissa, Richard J. and Larry E., Moscow; a daughter, Barbara Ann, at home; 3 brothers, Clarence, Earl and Harlan, all of Wilton Junction; 7 sisters, Mrs. Lillie Maurer, Mrs. Fred (Lulu) Maurer, Mrs. Roy (Clorinda) Kress, Wilton Junction, Mrs. Joe (Laverne) Kress, Clarence, Mrs. Ernest (Erna) Hansen, Mrs. Bill (Bernice) Cole, Wilton Junction, and Mrs. Donald (Marvella) Holmes, Davenport; and 6 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother, an infant son and an infant daughter.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. today (Dec. 21) at Wilton Junction. The Rev. Ervin Eden of Zion Lutheran church, Atalissa, will officiate. Burial will be at the Durant cemetery.
