Funeral services for Devin Dwain Ford, 3, son of Mr. and Mrs. Dwain Ford, were held at the Sheets and Dahn funeral home Aug. 4, with the Rev. Omar Pettersen in charge. Burial was in the Masonic cemetery.

He died in his sleep at his home Aug. 2, one day before this third birthday. He was born Aug. 3, 1958 at St. Luke's hospital at Cedar Rapids. He was christened Sept. 28, 1959 at the South Bethel Methodist church and was in the beginner Sunday school class.

He is survived by his parents, a brother, Dennis, 1; his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Ford, Tipton, and Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Peterson, Mediapolis, his great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Edward Johnson, Mediapolis, his aunt, Grace Ford and uncle Norman Ford Jr., both of Tipton.
