Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Greig and Durwood Greig attended the funeral of a cousin, Mrs. Louise Krouse, in Cedar Rapids April 14. Mrs. Krouse, widow of William G. Krouse, was born Jan. 17, 1873, to James and Minerva Johnson Greig, in a farmhouse, since torn down, 80 rods east of the Greig farmhouse near Clarence. She had been a resident of Cedar Rapids for 43 years. Surviving her are 2 daughters, a son, 7 grandchildren and 2 sisters. Burial was in the Wyoming cemetery.
