Mrs. Nona Watson, 46, died at 6:30 p.m. Sunday at the Mercy hospital, Iowa City. Her death followed a brief illness.

The daughter of Urban and Lottie Barnhart, she was born June 26, 1914, in Tipton.

On April 10, 1937, she was married to Albert Watson. The couple made their home with Mr. and Mrs. Ike Watson of West Liberty.

She was a member of the Grace Reformed church of Wilton Junction.

Survivors include her husband; a daughter, Mrs. Arlene James, Mesa, Ariz.; 3 sisters, Mrs. Lola Willis, Tacoma, Wash.; Mrs. Viona DeBord, San Diego, Calif., and Mrs. Ileta Sambdman, Davenport; her mother, Mrs. Lottie Barnhart, Wilton Junction and one granddaughter. She was preceded in death by her father, a sister and a brother.
