Mrs. Margaret Safley Echlin of Newburgh, Ind., 81, died April 4 in a nursing home there. Burial will be at Red Oak Grove cemetery. Services are pending.

Mrs. B. G. Penningroth and Archibald Safely, niece and nephew, are the only Tipton survivors.
