Arden H. Mills, 53, son of Mr. and Mrs. Austin Mills of Tipton, died of a heart attack Jan. 8 at Minneapolis, Minn. A native of Des Moines, he was a sports writer for the Atlantic News-Telegraph for a number of years.

Survivors include 3 brothers, Aural A. and David, Des Moines and Garnett L., East Moline, Ill.; a sister, Mrs. Thelma Smith of Florida and his parents.
