Funeral services for Mrs. J. F. Corkery, 65, were held at St. Mary's church in Tipton Aug. 13 with the Rev. Edward Collins, and the Rev. Earl Corkery in charge. Burial was in St. Joseph's cemetery at Wadena, where the Rev. Carl Kline officiated. The Rosary was held at the home Aug. 12.

Mrs. Corkery died at her home in Tipton Aug. 11.

The daughter of James and Margaret Raftis, she was born in Wadena, Feb. 1, 1895. She was married to J. F. Corkery May 24, 1918 at Dubuque.

She is survived by her husband, 4 daughters, Mrs. Donald (Marie) Fagan, Brady, Mont.; Mrs. Gerald (Cecilia) Barker, Waterloo; Mrs. Bernard (Mary Frances) Vogel, Bettendorf and Mrs. James (Loretta) Beuter, Clarence; 3 brothers, Dan and Pat Raftis, Oelwein and Edward Raftis, Wadena, and 10 grandchildren.
