Don Gemberling, a teacher in the Mechanicsville schools for 12 years, died suddenly Aug. 8 at his home in Lohrville. Funeral services were held in Lohrville Monday.

Gemberling moved to Mechanicsville with his parents at an early age. He later taught in the Mechanicsville schools for 12 years. The family moved to Lohrville where he was a teacher.

In addition to his wife, he is survived by two sons and two daughters, several grandchildren and his father, C. E. Gemberling of Alburnett.
