Funeral services for Mrs. Mary Winifred Reid, 71, who died Thursday at 6:30 p.m. in a Wilton Junction nursing home, were held Saturday in Wilton Junction. The Rev. Robert Dodder of the Methodist church officiated and burial was in Norwood, Mass.

The former Mary Walker was born May 28, 1886, in Nova Scotia, Canada. She was married to George Reid Nov. 6, 1917, at Norwood, Mass., where the couple lived before moving to Wilton Junction.

Mr. Reid preceded her in death.

Mrs. Reid was a member of the Wilton Methodist church and of the Rebekah lodge.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Rebecca Reid Whetstine of Wilton Junction and two grandchildren.
