Funeral services were held Tuesday at the United Church of Christ in Wilton Junction for John Amos Mohr, 84, who died Saturday.

John Mohr was born Feb. 9, 1873 in Davenport. March 7, 1906, he married Reaky Bartholoma, in Davenport.

Mr. Mohr farmed north of Wilton Junction and had been a member of the Wilton Junction community for over 60 years.

He is survived by his wife; three sons, Henry, Frederick, and Amos, all of Tipton; two daughters, Mrs. Fannie Beinke, Moscow, and Mrs. Mae Regennitter, New Liberty; one brother, William, Mt. Pleasant; three sisters, Mrs. Emma Radebaugh, Cedar Rapids, Mrs. Lydia Sheetz, Blue Grass, and Anna Mohr, Muscatine; twelve grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
