Louise Wilhelmine Schaefer, 80, died at her home in Tipton Oct. 4 following an extended illness. Services were held at the Stanwood Lutheran church at 2 p.m. Oct. 7. Burial was in the Stanwood cemetery.
She was born in Germany Jan. 26, 1879. She had lived in Tipton a number of years.
Survivors include 3 sons, Richard, Davenport; Gerhardt and Melvin, both of Tipton; 4 daughters, Mrs. Elmer Straub, Wilton Junction, Mrs. Dorothy Lovell, Mechanicsville, Mrs. Otto Heinze, Davenport and Mrs. Waldo Cornelison, Maysville; a sister, Mrs. Minnie Kroemer, Clarence, and one brother, living in Germany, 10 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
