Mrs. Anna M. Wiebel, 73, died Aug. 25 at the Wilton nursing home after an extended illness.

Funeral services were held Aug. 29 at the Zion Lutheran church with the Rev. P. W. Happel in charge. Burial was at Oakdale cemetery.

Born Dec. 26, 1885, she was the daughter of Rev. John Sessler and Anna Maurer Sessler. She was born at Glidden.

Mrs. Wiebel had been a resident of Wilton Junction for the past 55 years. She was married Feb. 28, 1911, to Carl Wiebel at Wilton Junction. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran church, and the Ladies Aid.

Survivors include 3 sons, Elbert Wiebel, Rock Island, Ill.; Rev. Edwin Wiebel, Seattle, Wash., and Harry Wiebel, Wilton Junction; one daughter, Mrs. Roland (Hilda) Koch, Spokane, Wash.; 4 brothers, John, Wilton Junction, Albert, Davenport, Henry, of San Francisco, Calif. and Otto of Portland, Ore. There are 11 grandchildren.

Mrs. Wiebel was preceded in death by her husband in 1959, one sister and 4 brothers.
