Services for Leo Bentrott, 63, of Wheatland, a native of Lowden will be at 2:30 p.m. Thursday in Runge Chapel in Davenport. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park.
He died at 8:15 a.m. Monday in Mercy hospital in Davenport after an extended illness.
Born in Lowden, Mr. Bentrott married Elsie Arp in Davenport in 1922. He had farmed in Scott county and Clinton county, south of Wheatland.
He is survived by his wife; two sons, Norbert, Stockton, and Marvin, Lowden; a brother, Henry, Durant; 5 grandchildren; and 2 sisters, Mrs. Norma Bourell, Manteno, Ill., and Mrs. Mildred Luettgens, Nichols.
