Funeral services for Peter H. Ketelsen, 78, a resident of Wilton Junction for 50 years, were held Feb. 27 at Zion Lutheran church in Wilton Junction. Burial was in Oakdale cemetery.

Mr. Ketelsen died Feb. 25 at Mercy hospital in Iowa City where he had been a patient since Feb. 23 when he fell on ice and broke his hip.

He was married to Ida Whitmer in 1909. She died in 1925. He was married to Dora Huesmann July 23, 1936. A retired carpenter, he was a member of Zion Lutheran church at Wilton Junction.

He is survived by his wife, 5 brothers, William, Herman and Jens, Wilton Junction, Ludwig, Tipton, and Arnold, Stockton, and one sister, Mrs. Fred Grunder, Wilton Junction.
