Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Bleasdale, 76, will be held at 10 a.m. today (Thursday) at the Sheets & Dahn funeral home. Burial will be in the Masonic cemetery.

Mrs. Bleasdale died at a Tipton nursing home March 2. She had been in ill health for many years.

Mrs. Bleasdale was born at Middlesex, England, Oct. 2, 1882. She is survived by a niece, Mrs. Clara Fedford, Davenport, and relatives in England.

Mrs. Bleasdale was a long-time resident of Tipton.

Funeral services for Mrs. Anna Bleasdale, 76, were held March 5, with the Rev. A. C. Long in charge. Burial was in the Masonic cemetery.

Mrs. Bleasdale died March 2. She had been ill for many years.

Anna Tweed was born Oct. 2, 1882, in Middlesex, England, where she spent the early years of her life.

In 1913 she came to America and the Tipton community where she made her home. For several years she worked for Ellen Newsom. She made several trips to England to visit with her relatives. It was on one of these return trips that her niece, Clara (Mary Louise), accompanied her to America.

She was married to Oscar A. Bleasdale. Her husband died in February of 1934. She was a member of the Rebekah lodge.

She is survived by 3 sisters, Mary, Deborah, and Rose, and a brother, Ernest, living in England, and her niece, Mrs. Clara Tedford, Davenport.
