Funeral services for Mrs. Fred (Amanda) Agne, 72, will be held at 2 p.m. today (Thursday) at the Sheets & Dahn funeral home. The Rev. A. C. Long will be in charge with burial in the Tipton Masonic cemetery.

Mrs. Agne died Tuesday morning in a Tipton nursing home after a long illness.

She was born Aug. 5, 1886, in Plankington, N.D., but spent most of her life in Tipton. She was preceded in death by her husband in 1951.

She is survived by a son, Robert, and 5 grandchildren, all of Tipton.
