Mrs. Lucy Ann Folsom, 87, died at St. Luke's hospital in Davenport Oct. 3.

The daughter of John and Cornelia Culver Bolton, she was born in Cedar county Feb. 26, 1871, and was married to Frank Folsom in Tipton. He died in 1937.

She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Jennie Williams, Davenport, with whom she made her home; three sons, John and Sherman F., Davenport, and Lee B., Des Moines; 10 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren; a brother, Sherman Bolton, Tipton, and a sister, Mrs. Neva Cheney, Elk Point, S.D.

Services for Mrs. Folsom were held at Davenport with burial in Memorial park in Davenport.

Those attending the funeral from Tipton were Sherman Bolton, Mrs. Rotbert Stobart, Mr. and Mrs. E. W. Bolton, Mr. and Mrs. R. C. Bolton, Mr. and Mrs. B. C. Bunker, Mr. and Mrs. Roger Bolton, Mrs. Richard Fields, and Mrs. Wayne Henry.
