The funeral of Mrs. S. W. Smith, widow of Richard Smith, was held at 10 o'clock this morning at the West Liberty undertaking parlors. Burial was made in the cemetery north of West Liberty.

Mrs. Smith died Monday afternoon at the home of her son at Naper, Neb., after an illness of many months.

Mr. and Mrs. Richard Smith were early residents of the Centerdale neighborhood. Mrs. T. A. Kinsey is a daughter.
