DIED--At Holstein, Iowa, Oct. 22, 1889, Edward M. Jepson, after a short illness of one week. He passed away very peacefully trusting in the promise of God.

Deceased was 39 years, 2 months and 21 days old; was born in Kenebeek Co. Minn. July 31, 1850; moved to West Branch, Iowa in 1863 where he was actively engaged in business until 1884, when he removed to Woodbury Co., Iowa, with his parents, staying with them until about four years ago, when he again entered the drug business at Holstein, Iowa, where by his upright life and genial ways he won respect and became a favorite with all who knew him. He remained at that place until he was called to his final reward. He leaves a father, mother and three children, beside a host of relatives and friends to mourn his loss.
