The funeral of Miss Nellie Schenck of Downey, was held at West Liberty last Sunday, the services being in charge of Rev. G. H. Furness, pastor of the Presbyterian church, of which Miss Schenck had been a member for a number of years. Her home was in Downey where she and her aged father had long been residents. Miss Schenck was taken sick at the home of her brother, Dick, in West Liberty, and after a short illness passed away. She. . . E. T. S.
