Another aged veteran at Pedee has passed away. TURNER WING died the 26th, inst., aged nearly 77 years, the last twenty-four having been spent in Iowa.

Of his family of six sons and one daughter, three sons fell in defence of the Union in the late rebellion and a fourth returned desperately wounded.

Funeral services were held last Sunday afternoon by Rev. Mr. Lusk.
