DIED Of Diptheria, May 1st, 1862, CARRIE ACKLEY, daughter of HARMON and MARTHA SMITH; aged four years, two mo's and two days.

CARRIE was a lovely child--lovey in life, and yet more lovely in death. Now she is with the angels; pain, disease, nor grief, will never more disturb her sweet spirit. The death agony, so terrible to look upon, is passed; and we trust the deeply afflicted parents will learn to look upon their darling child, as only transferred to a heavenly home, where her pure spirit will ever mingle, with the glorified in heaven.
