Amy Irene Hobbs, the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. S. H. Hobbs, was born July 23, 1907, and died Feb. 28, 1914, aged 6 years, 7 months and 8 days.

She was sick only a short time, when the Angel of Death called her to her Heavenly Home.

Amy had the sweetest of disposition, she took a deep interest in everyone and was loved by all who knew her. She always wanted to help and comfort others and could not bear to see them suffer. She seemed a blessed ray of sunshine in the home, where she will be forever missed.

She leaves to mourn her loss, her father and mother, three sisters and three brothers, Grace, Bertha, Clara, John, Routly and William.

The funeral services were held at the home, Monday, March 2nd, at 2:00 p.m., Rev. W. M. Mitchell officiating. Interment in the West Branch cemetery.
