Mildred Sophia Hemingway, daughter of Elwood and Clara Hemingway, was born near Solon, Iowa, October 4, 1911, and departed this life, April 30, 1914, at West Branch, Iowa; aged 2 years, 6 months and 26 days.

The funeral services were held at the home Saturday, at 2 p.m., conducted by Rev. W. H. Mitchell, and the remains laid to rest in the West Branch cemetery.

Little Mildred endeared herself to all with whom she came in contact by her cheerful, loving disposition.

Her father, mother, and three little sisters, beside many relatives and friends are left to mourn their loss, but our loss is her gain.
