Died on June 7th 1894 at her home in Springdale, after a protracted illness of four months, Rachel H. wife of Peter Thomas, in the 60th year of her age. A husband and four daughters are left to mourn the loss of a wife and mother devoted to all that was good and true. The bright happy face the sweet Christian life have gone from our earthly home, and can never be replaced, but we mourn not as those without hope. Our dear one has gone on before to that better land, where sorrow is not found and to our hearts comes the thot.
