Glenn Lehman, eighteen year old son of John Lehman, died at his home on Fifth street, at eleven o'clock Friday night, following an illness of several weeks. Glenn had been afflicted with an accumulation of fluid around the heart and spent some time in the hospital, where he was tapped several times and temporarily relieved. Later he was brought home and everything possible was done to prolong his life.

Surviving are his father, one sister, Mrs. Vera Dexter of Davenport, and one brother, Irvin.

Funeral services at the Methodist church Monday afternoon were largely attended, many coming from the old home community, Downey, and from West Liberty. Rev. Green officiated at the service and burial was in the Downey cemetery.
