The death of Ross Leech, 83, occurred at 4:45 o'clock Wednesday evening, at his home, after being confined to the house ten days. Mr. Leech's health has been failing the past several years, but until ten days ago he had been able to be out almost every day, and enjoyed his frequent walks up town and the visits with his friends.

Funeral services will be held at the Methodist church at 2:00 o'clock Friday afternoon, conducted by the Rev. Harry D. Green. The Masonic Lodge will conduct the ceremonies at the grave.

Mr. Leech was a Past Master of Wapsinonoc Lodge and for many years he served as secretary. He was the first Worthy Patron of Juanita Chapter No. 274 O.E.S.

Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Rena Albin and Miss Mabel Leech. The wife and mother died two years ago, and one son died at the age of six years.
