Albert Jedlik of Visalia, Calif., died of pneumonia April 19, 1912, at the age of 52 years, 6 months, 7 days.

He was born October 13, 1860, in Nadryb, Pizen, Bohemia, August 4, 1866, he came to America with his parents and one brother. During his early life he lived in Iowa, with the exception of 18 months, which were spent in Nebraska. In the year 1881 he left for the western states where he lived until his death.

He is survived by two sisters, Mrs. Joseph Crofts of Solon and Mrs. Joe Gorman of Plato. His parents and brother have preceded him in death.

His remains were shipped to West Branch, Iowa. The funeral was held Friday, April 26 at 2:00 o'clock p.m., from the Jedlik home, services conducted by Rev. G. S. Lackland of Oasis with interment at United Brethren cemetery.
