ELLIOTT--At his home near Mechanicsville, September 18, 1897, of cholera infantum, Willie, aged 2 years, 8 days.

Willie, the only son of Mr. and Mrs. A. S. Elliott, was born September 12, 1895 and lived two years and eight days to gladden the home when he was taken away. The services were held at Union church by F. A. Newville. The remains were laid to rest in Union cemetery to await the resurrection of the dead, and though sadly missed at home, his spirit rests with God.
