Funeral service was held on Friday afternoon at the First Christian church, Cedar Rapids, for Mrs. Wilson Johnson, who passed away following a long illness.

Mr. and Mrs. Johnson were Tipton residents for a number of years prior to moving to Cedar Rapids and our older readers will readily remember them. Mrs. Johnson was Mrs. Mary A. Miller before her marriage, and a sister of H. C. Miller of Cedar Bluff. She is survived also by another brother, Charles W. of Cedar Rapids. An only daughter born to Mr. and Mrs. Johnson died a few years ago in young womanhood. The aged husband is left alone to mourn the loss of his life companion.
