Mrs. Elmer Beach, Native of Cedar county, passes in Cedar Rapids

Mrs. Anna E. Beach, wife of Elmer Beach, died at the family residence, 1753 C avenue NE, at 10:15 p.m. Monday. She was born Nov. 23, 1867, on a farm in Cedar county, as Anna E. Hinman. In 1883 she was married to Elmer Beach. They first lived in the western part of Iowa, later going to Clarence where they lived until coming to Cedar Rapids twenty-three years ago. On June 6, 1933, they celebrated their golden wedding anniversary.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by two daughters, Mrs. E. J. Holmes and Mrs. Curtis Bolel, both of Cedar Rapids; four sons, Fred A. and E. E. Beach, of Le Claire; H. L. and M. B. Beach of this city; and two brothers, William Hinman, Los Angeles, and ten grandchildren.

Funeral services were held at two o'clock this Thursday afternoon at the Turner chapel in Cedar Rapids.
