William Schneider, Massillon, died Monday night at the age of 60 years, at his home, following an illness of several years' duration. For many years he and his brother Philip have conducted a general store in Massillon. His brother Philip was formerly county auditor of Cedar county.

Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon at the family home and the Rev. F. J. Abele, of the Zion Evangelical Lutheran church in Lowden will officiate.
