Miss Ida Cornwell, aged 79 years, a resident of Wilton community for 65 years, died at her home at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon after a long illness. She was the daughter of Amos and Phoebe Cornwell, and was born in Boston, Mass., Nov. 22, 1853. Her mother, two brothers and a sister also preceded her in death. She was the last of the family and leaves no immediate relatives. Funeral will be held at 1:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon with burial in the family lot in the Oakdale cemetery. She has been a life-long member of the Methodist church.
