5 May 1932 - The Tipton Advertiser

Thomas Cihla, 57 year old farmer of the Plato community, was found dead near his home north of Plato last Saturday. Death was believed to have been instantaneous.

Surviving Mr. Cihla are his widow and a number of sons and daughters. Funeral services were held at the Nolan Settlement church Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment was in Nolan settlement cemetery.
