Word was received here last Thursday of the death that day of Mrs. Norma Ebert at Phoenix, Ariz., following a long illness.

Mrs. Ebert was the only daughter of Wm. Dircks and was born northwest of Clarence on May 25, 1901. She spent her childhood in this vicinity and was confirmed in St. John's Evangelical church in 1915 by the Rev. Hansen.

In 1920 she was married to Wm. Ebert who, a short time later, went to Arizona, and in 1921 she joined Mr. Ebert there where the family has continued to make their home since.

Besides her father and one brother, Arthur, of Clarence, she is survived by her husband and four children, all in Phoenix. Her mother preceded her in death in 1919, and also a daughter.
