Wm. McClellan received a telegram last Friday from Dale McClelan of Pasadena telling of the death that day of his mother, Mrs. Ed. McClellan. This notice appeared in a Pasadena paper: "Mrs. Lettie McClellan, 517 Douglas Street, passed away June 5, 1942, at her home. Mrs. McClellan was a native of Cedar county, Iowa, and had been a resident of Pasadena for the past 27 years. She is survived by four sons, Glenn D., L. Dale, Donald C. and E. Forrest, all living in Los Angeles county; also four grandchildren, and a sister, Mrs. Gertrude Whitnell of Chicago." The funeral was held Monday, conducted by Dr. James Leischman. Interment was at Mountain View cemetery.
