Frank Fritz, 69 years old, died Saturday in a heart attack. He was known among the business men in Clarence having lived in tributary territory for several years. He owned and lived on the Verg Hammond farm north of Dayton Valley church which was later the property of Robert Chisholm.

The funeral was held Tuesday at his home by the Rev. Wilbur Kent of Dayton Valley. Burial was in the Mayflower cemetery.

Born in Bohemia, he came to America with his parents when a child. He married Mary Henak of Solon Sept. 24, 1901, and had been farming ever since. He is survived by his wife; a daughter, Mrs. George Vacek; three grandchildren, and four brothers, John of Monmouth, Nick of What Cheer, and Martin and Charles of Oxford Junction.
