This community was shocked this morning to hear of the sudden death of Mrs. Caroline Haesemeyer, mother of C. H. and H. F. Haesemeyer, of this city at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Louis Meyer, northeast of town at 6:30 this morning. Mrs. Haesemeyer's health had been poor for the past two weeks, but it was not thought serious. She was taken ill this morning and a physician was summoned. She had passed beyond relief however, before the physician arrived. The funeral services will be held from St. Paul's German Lutheran church Sunday.
