Mrs. Alice Hoyman Thompson, passed away on Friday, March 12, 1954, in Van Nuys, California, after several months of illness at the age of 59 years, 8 months and 24 days.

She was born at Clarence, Iowa, on June 18, 1894 where she grew to young womanhood.

Surviving besides her son Max McClellan and a granddaughter, Kathryn McClellan of Northridge, California, are her parents Mr. and Mrs. E. B. Hoyman of Cedar Rapids, a brother W. G. Hoyman of Fargo, North Dakota, and two sisters, Mrs. Alberta Read of Minneapolis, Minn., and Isabel of Cedar Rapids, as well as many more distant relatives and many friends.

Her husband preceded her in death only last November.

Interment was in the Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Glendale, California.
