Funeral services for Mrs. Fred Debner, 82, Clarence, were held at St. John's United Church of Christ, Sept. 8 with the Rev. Calvin Schumacher officiating. Burial was in St. John's cemetery.

Pallbearers were Lawrence Kline, John Dettman, John Kahl, William Von Muenster, Donald Meier and Marvin Horn. Music was by St. John's adult choir. Mrs. Robert Hasselbusch was organist.

Mrs. Debner died at her home Sept. 5.

The daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Carl Horns, she was born in Cedar county May 28, 1894. She was married to Fred Debner at Clarence Oct. 3, 1911.

She was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, American Legion Auxiliary and the Amvets Auxiliary.

She is survived by a son, Wilbur, Clarence; 5 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and a sister, Mrs. Meta Von Muenster, Oxford Junction.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, a daughter, a son, 4 sisters and 2 brothers.
