Funeral services for Mrs. Arnold B. Huber, a Clarence native, were held March 27 at the Hill & Fredericks chapel in Davenport. Burial was in the National cemetery, Rock Island arsenal.

She died March 24 in St. Luke's hospital, Davenport, following a lingering illness. She had been employed in the administrative offices of the hospital, where she had also received her nurses training.

Norma Koch, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Koch, was born in Jones county in 1911. She grew up near Clarence and graduated from the Clarence schools. In 1934 she married Arnold B. Huber in Clarence, where they lived until 1941, when he was recalled to duty by the U.S. Navy to the Great Lakes Naval Training base. After that they made their home at 2320 Tremont Avenue, Davenport.

Survivors include her husband; a son, Phillip, Riverdale; 5 grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Warren Claney, Clarence; and 2 brothers, Arnold Koch, Adel and Frederick Koch, Mt. Vernon.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Louise, and a brother, Elmer.
