Funeral services for Mrs. Carl (Minnie) Lehrman, 81, were held at St. Paul's Lutheran church in Stanwood Jan. 11 with the Rev. DuWayne Kirkeide officiating. A prayer service was held preceding the funeral.

Pallbearers were Gary Doermann, Ronald Clemmens, Henry Hack, Carl Haesemeyer, Paul Gadke and Henry Ormsby. Mrs. Karl Schnipkoweit and Mrs. Martha Hack were in charge of flowers. Emil Licht accompanied the men's chorus.

Mrs. Lehrman died Jan. 9, at Cedar Manor in Tipton, after an extended illness.

Minnie Horstmann, daughter of Henry and Caroline Horstmann, was born May 24, 1890 at Luwitz, Germany, coming to this country when she was 2 years old. She was married to Carl Lehrman at Stanwood, Dec. 3, 1912. They farmed near Mechanicsville prior to moving to Stanwood in 1952.

She is survived by her husband, Carl and 3 daughters, Alice Lehrman, Stanwood; Mrs. Erwin (Dorothy) Doermann and Mrs. Eric (Leona) Doermann, both of Mechanicsville; 4 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Augusta Seifert of Clinton. She was preceded in death by one brother and one sister.
