Funeral services for Mrs. Carl (Olga M.) Buck, 89, were held at the First United Church of Christ Sept. 24 with the Rev. Robert Molsberry officiating. Burial was in the Lowden cemetery with committal services by the Rev. Calvin Schumacher.

Pallbearers were 6 grandsons, Michael Buck, Howard Hansen, Robert Mensing, Rick Wulff, Danny Laing and Tony Kopf. Debbie Mohr was vocalist.

Mrs. Buck died at Cedar Manor Sept. 22.

The daughter of Dick W. and Augusta B. Eggert Conrad, she was born at Lowden Oct. 22, 1897 and attended the Lowden schools. She was married to Carl L. Buck at Lowden Dec. 18, 1918. She had been a resident of Tipton since 1952, moving from Lowden. She had been a clerk at Gesme's.

She was a member of Frist United Church of Christ and the Rebekah lodge, Tipton.

She is survived by 5 daughters, Mrs. Richard (Lydia) Mensing and Mrs. Gertrude Kopf, Davenport; Mrs. Harold (Margaret) Hansen and Mrs. Dale (Judy) Wulff, Clarence and Mrs. Marie Laing, Tipton; a son, Roland, Lowden; 21 grandchildren and 34 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, a sister and 3 brothers.
