Mechanicsville - Charles C. Brock, son of C. B. and Elizabeth Moffit Brock, was born on a farm south of Mechanicsville, Sept. 15, 1881, and died April 3, 1964, in Detroit, Mich.

His childhood was spent in this community and for the past many years he has lived in Detroit. His wife, Leona Edith, preceded him in death in 1962. Brock was a member of Patmos Lodge No. 155 A.F. & A.M., Mechanicsville.

Services were held in Royal Oak, Mich., April 7, with the Royal Oak Masonic Lodge conducting the graveside services.

Survivors include a daughter, Louise O'Toole, Downey, Calif.; a sister, Mrs. Chloie Puffer; and a brother, Lee Brock, both of Mechanicsville. Also a niece, Mrs. Lloyd Kohl, Lisbon; and a nephew, Raymond Puffer.
