Mechanicsville - Herbert Leo Bock, a former resident of this community, died at his home in Davenport Nov. 22. Funeral services were held Friday in the Runge Funeral home, Davenport, with burial in Buffalo.

Herbert Bock was born Sept. 30, 1920, the son of Herman F. and Minnie Moir Bock at Mechanicsville. He was an employee of the Bendix Aircraft Corporation.

Mr. Bock is survived by his wife, Elaine; sons, Bruce, 13 and Charles, 10 and a daughter, Pamela, 12. Also surviving is a daughter by a previous marriage, Kathryn Bock Abbott, 18.
