Stanwood - Funeral services for Mrs. Walter Clausen, 74, were held Saturday, July 25, at 1:30 at the Stanwood Methodist church.

Rev. Gordon Vickery, Low Moor, a former pastor was in charge of the services.

Mrs. John Swift sang, accompanied by Mrs. Ed Spear. Mrs. Emil Olson and Mrs. Glenn Tenley were in charge of the flowers.

Pallbearers were Glenn Tenley, Leonard Bromell, Ray Ropa, Hugo Stolte, Woodrow Stock and Art Lehrman. Burial was in the Stanwood cemetery.

Theodora Clausen was born Nov. 9, 1887 in Veslow, Denmark, the daughter of Peter Jensen and Else Christiansen. She was married to Walter Clausen, May 21, 1909 in Orby, Denmark. They came to America in 1911 and have lived in the Stanwood community for 29 years. She was a member of the Stanwood Methodist church.

She is survived by her husband and nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her parents, 4 sisters and 1 brother.
