Clarence - Funeral services for Leroy Charles Hansen, 45, were held Wednesday, July 22 at 1:30 p.m. in St. John's United Church of Christ with Rev. Arthur Tinge officiating. Chapman Funeral home in charge. The mixed quartet sang, accompanied by Antionette Rix and Mrs. Harley Dallege and Mrs. Harold Hansen were in charge of the flowers.

Mr. Hansen died at his home Monday following a long illness. He was a World War II veteran, a member of Victory Post 286, American Legion and a member of St. John's United Church of Christ.

Charles Leroy Hansen was born the son of Mr. and Mrs. George (Alma Keseburg) Hansen on September 13, 1919. He graduated from the Clarence High School. On January 31, 1947 he was married to Fern Wulff in Clarence. They are parents of one daughter, Jill.

He is survived by his wife, a daughter, Jill, a brother, Harry Hansen, and a sister Mrs. Walter Geadelmann, all of Clarence. His parents proceeded him in death.

Pallbearers were Harley Dallege, Harold Hansen, Robert Kesebeerg, Arlo Hasenbank, Roland Mingst and Jon Geadelmann. Kenneth B. Young and William Cox were honorary pallbearers.
