Clinton - Funeral services were held Friday for Gustav H. Hansen, 80, in St. Stephen's Lutheran church with Pastor E. C. Nielsen officiating.

Mr. Hansen died in University Hospital, Iowa City, April 21.

Gustav H. Hansen was born the son of Chris and Margaretha Clausen Hansen on August 11, 1884 in Cedar County.

He was married to Martha Krueger, Dec. 17, 1908 at Lowden. They farmed in Cedar County until he retired in 1935. She died in 1950.

Mr. Hansen moved to Clinton in 1954 and married Clara Henrichsen at Preston in May of '54.

Hansen is survived by Mrs. Hansen, two sons, Raymond of Clarence, and Harold of Lowden.

Also surviving is a brother, Louis of Clarence, a sister Mrs. Amelia Leinbaugh, Lisbon; and three step-sons, John Henrichsen, Waconia, Minn; Carl Henrichsen, Ft. Worth, Texas and George Henrichsen, Bettendorf.

Burial was in the Lowden Lutheran cemetery.
