Graveside services were held at the Red Oak Grove cemetery at 10 o'clock Saturday forenoon for Mrs. Hannah May McCune, who passed away at her home in Los Angeles, Calif., Monday, Nov. 17, at the age of 92 years and 3 months.

Mrs. McCune was born at the farm home of her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Robert E. Moore, pioneers in Cedar county. She married Cyrus Avery McCune Aug. 12, 1879, and they became the parents of three children: Eva May, who passed away in 1951, Avery Lee of Los Angeles, Calif., and Charles E. of Hudson, Ohio. Other relatives include a sister, Anna Moore, and brother Robert Moore, of Tipton; a brother Sam W. of Fort Collins, Colo.; a son-in-law Roy Fletcher of Los Angeles, Calif., several nephews, nieces and three grandchildren.

Out-of-town relatives who attended the services were Mr. and Mrs. Charles McCune of Hudson, Ohio, Mrs. Harold Moore of Rochelle, Ill., and S. W. Moore of Ft. Collins, Colo.

Mrs. McCune was a member and faithful worker in the Methodist church and her interest in life was doing something for her family and anyone she knew who needed assistance. Her husband passed away in 1920.
